Dear ACC brothers and sisters,
Welcome to the 2026 Austin Chinese Church Missions Conference!
The theme of our 2026 Missions Conference is “Global Missions at My Front Door.” We are delighted to welcome Pastor Andrew Williams from Rockville Evangelical Mission Church, Maryland as our conference speaker, who will be sharing with all our congregations—English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome a new member joining the Missions Committee this year. Gregg Orr (English) will be serving as the lead for our UUPG department. At the same time, we give thanks for the faithful service of Jessica Chang, who will be beginning her sabbatical in 2026.
We praise God for the continued dedication of our returning and new committee members:
Elder Ka Leung Lee (Cantonese), Elder Representative
*Pastor Gaylord Tsuei (English), Pastoral Representative
Vincent Kwong (Mandarin), Education Department Lead
Lily Ku (Mandarin), Finance Department Lead
Bob Eng (English), New Partnership Department Lead
Martin Lau (Cantonese), STM and Mission Projects Department Lead
Wei Hsu (Mandarin), Prayer Department Lead
Erin Li (Mandarin), Missionary Care Department Lead
*WenTing He (Mandarin), Communications Department Lead
*Gregg Orr (English), UUPG Department Lead
This year, both the ACC church theme—“Building a Missional Community”—and the Missions Conference theme remain unchanged, as both are rooted in Acts 11:19–21. It is our prayer that these themes will take deep root in ACC, shaping us into a truly missional community that opens our hearts to all the people God places around us, leading them to the Lord, starting right at our front door.
As we begin a new year, may we each discern concrete actions in response to God’s calling. And as we faithfully follow His missions for us, may we see among us what happened to the faithful followers of Christ in Acts 11:21:“And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord.”
In Christ,
